The Certificate II in Applied Fashion Design and Technology provides an introductory overview of skills applied in the fashion industry. It includes skills used in the design and production of garments and millinery, as well as in the development of unique fashion and textile designs used in Indigenous Australian culture.
The qualification is designed to apply in a highly supervised context, such as VET in Schools, or other equivalent introduction to fashion industry environments.
You will need to provide a range of evidence to assist your assessor to make a decision about your competence. The types of evidence you may be asked to provide can include
We will assess your current skills and experience, and advise which RPL Qualification is most suited for your background and intended goals.
The accredited institute will start assessing your evidence of experience from documents such as work experience letters, previous qualifications, transcripts, certificates, photos and videos etc.
More infoComplete the required RPL Kits, trainer competency interview, third party reports and portfolio of evidence, and/or complete the relevant gaps in knowledge with gap training and assessments.
